Digital communication
The path that links us to the Bicarbonato Solvay project is unique in the internet scene.
We started to deal with the project by creating the first website in 2003, when Facebook and Youtube were not yet born, and we were confronted day by day with constantly evolving scenarios: from flash sites of the 2000s to the boom in Social Networks. From pages full of texts, to the triumph of visuals and infographics.
The Solvay Group was founded in Belgium by Ernest Solvay in 1863. Today it manufactures and exports essential chemicals for many industrial sectors and special plastic materials. It has been present in Italy since 1912 with the plant in Rosignano Solvay, in Tuscany. The company has always been identified by the general public through the historic product Bicarbonato di Sodio Solvay, obtained thanks to a particular production process invented in the late 1800s by the same Ernest Solvay.
Bicarbonato ("Baking soda"), how I love you
In almost 20 years of collaboration with Solvay, we have built a lively and real relationship with consumers, thanks to quality content capable of creating a digital brand experience.
About 500 articles on the uses of the product, a dedicated app, several thousand posts on Facebook, daily interactions with users. Bicarbonato.it from a simple showcase site has become the gateway to the bicarbonate world, a reference point for product lovers and a collection of a thousand uses for the home, but not only.
Through an evolution articulated on both rational and emotional guidelines, the emotional bond between the brand and consumers has transformed the product, little at a time, into a real “lovemark”.
